For independent providers

You pick the ground. You pick the price.

YardRun shows you real jobs posted by real customers inside the area you chose, and lets you bid when the work suits you. This is not advertising and there are no leads to buy — no lead fees, no assignments, no one telling you where to be.

I'm a homeowner

How it works for you

  1. 1. Set your territory

Towns, ZIP codes, counties, a mileage radius, a maximum drive time — however you actually work. Areas you only take occasionally can be marked that way. Owensboro and Daviess County is the current launch market, and you can live outside it and still sign up to cover it.

  2. 2. See eligible jobs

Every job inside your territory shows up. Nothing is held back from you and nothing is filtered out because of price or route.

  3. 3. Bid only if you want it

Your price, your scope, your dates. Skip anything that isn't worth the drive. No fee to look, no leads to buy.

  4. 4. Build a record that follows you

Confirmed jobs, on-time arrivals and reviews build a permanent reputation under your YardRun nickname.

4% maximum

A maximum 4% YardRun fee

The YardRun fee is a maximum of 4% of the job — never more, on any job. You always see your exact fee before you commit.

Charged only on completed, approved work. No subscriptions, lead fees or bid fees. Card processing charges are separate from the YardRun fee and are not YardRun revenue.

What your job list looks like

Example only. Distances are estimates, not driving directions — you confirm the drive works for you before you bid.

What we will not do to you

We don't assign you work

You are an independent business, not a crew member. Nothing is dispatched to you and nothing is auto-accepted for you.

We don't hide jobs from you

If a job is inside your territory, you see it — regardless of its price, size, or how it fits a route.

We don't touch your own customers

Keep every customer you already have. YardRun is extra work when you want it, not a replacement for your business.

Route tools stay optional

Later on you'll be able to notice other nearby jobs on a day you're already out. It's a convenience, never a gate on ordinary jobs.

House rules, stated up front

  • Your legal name, business name, phone, logo and vehicle stay private until a customer books you. Until then you appear under a permanent nickname with your real record attached.
  • Contact details and "call me instead" requests are blocked in job questions, quotes, photos and reviews. Repeated intentional attempts lead to warnings, restrictions, and eventually suspension.
  • Badges like "insured" or "licensed" appear only when we actually have a valid document on file, and they expire with the document.
  • Every job is paid through YardRun. There is no cash-or-check option, because a payment we cannot see is a job we cannot verify, review, or stand behind. Card payments are in final testing, so no card is charged yet.
  • Card payments settle into your own connected payment account, which makes you the seller of record: your business name is what the customer sees on their statement, and you carry primary responsibility for refunds, chargebacks and any resulting negative balance. YardRun's service fee is deducted transparently and shown to you before you agree to anything.
